Life Hacks During Crisis

Here are some quick game changers that can impact your experience during this tough time.


1. What should I do if I don't want to spend a few hours in line at the grocery stores?


Download the instacart app. Order the essentials on your phone from the store you desire and wait in the comfort of your own home. Super convenient and easy. One you will save a lot of time, number two you won't be around the general public, and three you can utilize that time to take care of yourself. There is a charge up front for the year for a 100$ but a game changer for me because I can use that time to hang out with my family or read one of the hundred books I'm trying to read. Anything over 35$ in groceries is free! It did take a few hours longer but I still got my stuff including TP ;). Try out it don't hurt there is also trial memberships too.


2. Can't workout at the gyms because they are closed.


Watch the daily videos on the workouts for the day. Our team of coaches will be describing and providing all the information in our regular classes via video. All you need is your own body weight, a timer, and items that you already have in your house. If you need more clarification make sure to reach out to us so we can always help you out. 3. Trouble seeing the light in this dark time?


Make sure to listen to our Fitness & Friends Podcast for our weekly interviews of our members but also look out for mini podcast nuggets to keep your mind strong through this time. You can choose to jump into the fear tornado or stand outside it observe the areas you can control in your life. We will be sharing health tips for everything, health of your mind, health of your body, health of your finances, health on your relationships, and more!
