Limit your worry, fear, and calm your self at the end of the night so you can get adequate sleep every night. Instead of turning on the news before you bed, try stretching, or meditating to get the heart rate down to induce optimal sleep that can range from 6-8 hours. Sleeping 6-8 hours has huge effects on building up a great immune system.
3. Work Out Habitually
